Leading UK auction house Lane & Holmes Network Auctions held their second London auction of 2017 on May 3rd at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.
The forty five lot catalogue had a diverse range of land, residential and commercial property from the length and breadth of England, Wales and Scotland and demonstrated the strength of the Lane & Holmes Network Auctions approach and the auction market.

Auctioneer Guy Charrison was kept busy at the rostrum and sold lots from £12,000 for a piece of land in Colne in Lancashire to £1,025,000 for a mixed use commercial lot on the Seven Sisters Road in North London.

In total, sales reached over £5.4 million.

Nick Kier of Lane & Holmes Network Auctions said: “With the General Election campaigns and Brexit negotiations both underway, one might imagine a degree of caution and uncertainty in the market. However, our auction showed that, with the wide exposure Lane & Holmes Network Auctions are able to provide via our local marketing and our prestigious London saleroom, excellent results are still being obtained.

In our May auction we sold lots in Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Cornwall, Merseyside, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lancashire, Cambridgeshire, Devon, East Sussex, South Glamorgan, Powys, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Cleveland, East and North London and Aberdeenshire!

Auctions provide a transparent and fast method of sale and no lot is too small or too large to be considered.

We look forward to future catalogues having an even more diverse geographical and range of property types on offer."

Lane & Holmes Network Auctions next London auction is on 5th July and lots are now being taken for inclusion.

"And thank you very much also, Ross and Cathy. Selling and moving is so stressful - thanks for your patience with all, and yes, we're so glad about how it all turned out in the end :) All the best, Dianna and Jane "
