Lane & Holmes, an estate agency established in 1985 by founding partners Andrew Willmer and Nick Kier, is probably Bedford’s leading estate agent dealing with the sale of quality homes in and around the Bedford area.
2002 saw the service offered by the original company enhanced with the formation of the Lane Group of companies networking the expertise of 12 offices in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire together with the Mayfair Office in central London firmly establishing the “Town & Country” brand. Lane & Holmes were also founder members of movewithus, a network of over 1,000 offices nationwide ensuring that Lane & Holmes offer the best local, county and national coverage.
Since 2005 Lane & Holmes Overseas has offered a wide portfolio of properties throughout the emerging and established European markets as well as further a field in America and the Caribbean.
Lane & Holmes have embraced the technological revolution and offer a fully computerised database linking all of our offices together, enabling property details to be distributed quickly and efficiently by email, text messaging and other more traditional methods.
